Infopoint
The Festival Infopoint is located inside the Head Office of the Regione Liguria, De Ferrari Square, daily from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm.

The Festival Bookshop
Throughout the Festival, from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm daily, the Festival Bookshop will be open in De Ferrari Square, right in the heart of the City. The bookshop provides books by the Festival's authors, as well as a selection of major popular scientific titles.
The authors will also be present at booksigning events (dates still to be fixed)

The Festival tickets are available at:

Navigation Museum "Galata", Calata de Mari 1 - from Mon to Fri 9.00 am / 7.00 pm; Sat and Holidays 10.00 am / 8.00 pm.

Tickets can be purchased between 8 and 9pm every evening at Palazzo Ducale Ticket Office.

School Children up to the age of 5 and the teacher accompanying their class enter free of charge.

The Festival Pass gives the right to visit all the "Festival della Scienza" events (entrance subject to availability). Some events are not included and these are marked "fuori abbonamento".
Pass holders can also visit the "Doria" Museum of Natural History free of charge during the Festival period.

All visitors showing a full-price ticket purchased at:
- Acquario di Genova
- Bigo
- Città dei Bambini
- "Galata" Navigation Museum
- Palazzo Ducale (for the exhibition "Romantici e Macchiaioli. Giuseppe Mazzini e la grande pittura europea").

have the right to buy a full ticket at a reduced price (6.00 euro instead of 8.00), as well as a full Pass at a reduced price (12.00 euro instead of 15.00):

Festival Daily Ticket or Festival Pass holders can purchase special-price tickets for the following attractions:
- Acquario di Genova: 3 euro reduction both for adult (from 13 to 10 euro) and children's tickets (from 8 to 5 euro) - Bigo: 1 euro reduction both for adult (from 3 to 2 euro) and children's ticket (from 1,50 to 0,50 euro)
- Città dei Bambini: 2 euro reduction both for adult (from 5 to 3 euro) and children's ticket (from 6 to 4 euro)
- Galata Museo del Mare: 3 euro reduction for adulttickets (from 10 to 7 euro); 2 euro reduction for children's tickets (from 5 to 3 euro)
- Palazzo Ducale: special entrance fee of 4 eurofor the exhibition "Romantici e Macchiaioli. Giuseppe Mazzini e la grande pittura europea".
